Where do we deliver?

At Ulla Home, we offer worldwide shipping, so that your products can reach you wherever you are. However, for some regions, shipping may not be available, in which case we will promptly cancel your order and refund your money if you have already placed an order.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, Every Week (except for holidays)

Orders placed before 8:00PM Central Time are typically processed the same business day.


Delivery time

Handling Time:
Orders are typically processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 2-3 business days of your purchase.

Estimated Transit Times:

Transit time begins once your package has been picked up by the carrier. The following are typical delivery estimates (not guaranteed):

  • United States: 3-7 business days (Contiguous U.S. (48 States): 3-5 business days. Alaska & Hawaii: 4-7 business days).
  • Canada: 5-12 business days
  • United Kingdom: 6-12 business days
  • Australia: 7-15 business days
  • Germany, France: 6-14 business days
  • Rest of World: 10-20+ business days (varies by location)

Note: Weather events, customs inspections, or carrier disruptions may extend delivery times.


How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based on your shipping destination:

  • $3.95 for shipping within the United States.
  • $11.95 for international shipping.

To determine your exact shipping charges, simply proceed to checkout and enter your mailing address. Your shipping cost will automatically update and be displayed in your total order costs.


Shipping carriers

Our available shipping carriers are USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL or equivalent partners. Depending on the weight and size of the package, on your destination, service availability, we will select the right carrier to ensure delivery time.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are our responsibility.


How to track the order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking number and a link. This link will allow you to easily check the latest status and whereabouts of your order.


Can the order be delivered to multiple addresses?

We regret to inform you that we do not currently offer the option to ship to multiple addresses for a single order. If you require items to be delivered to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each shipping destination.


Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • Address accuracy: Please confirm your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Failed delivery / Unclaimed packages: If a package is returned due to address issues or non-collection, we can reship it once the correct address is confirmed. Additional shipping fees may apply.
