Return And Refund

Ulla Home accepts returns on all orders placed at ullahome.com, both defective and non-defective products.

We accept exchanges.


I. Return

Return Items Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition as when received in order.

The timeframe that Ulla Home accepts returns:

Our policy is 30 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, if we don’t receive a refund request within 30 days of delivery, we can’t give you a refund.

Ulla Home encourages customers to return items by mail.

Return Label and Return shipping cost:

Ulla Home will provide a prepaid label for any return products. We will send return labels via the customer’s purchase email. Customers need to download and print. Customers do not need to pay return shipping costs.

Restocking fee:

No cost.

Return method:
– Customers have requested for return, please send an email to us to the mailbox: support@ullahome.com with subject “Return/Refund Request” and send us the order number + photos/videos of the product received.

– Ulla Home will review and provide return labels by mail. Customers need to download and print.

– Package the return product

Notify when Ulla Home receives the returned package?

Once we receive your return, you will receive an email notifying you that we have received your return. Depending on your address, the time to receive the return product will be different.


II. Refund

When will you receive your refund?

Once we receive the return product, please allow 3-5 business days to process it for you.
All returned products will be processed through our inspection department for approval/rejection.
If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 2-3 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

III. If you have any problems, what should you do?

If the product is defective, please get in touch with us for better advice. Let us know as soon as possible.
